Click-test my app and file what breaks

Walk through this flow on [staging URL] like a brand-new user: [e.g. sign up → create a project → invite a teammate → upload a file]. At each step take a screenshot, note anything broken, confusing, or slow (console errors included). When done, give me a numbered bug list with severity, repro steps, and screenshots, plus the three issues I should fix first.
