Build a competitor matrix on pricing, features, and news
A side-by-side matrix of pricing, positioning, features, customers, and recent news
Build a deep competitive matrix comparing [my product] against [competitor 1], [competitor 2], and [competitor 3]. For each company, dig through their website, pricing page, docs, G2 and Capterra reviews, and recent news. Capture: positioning and tagline, target segment, pricing tiers with actual numbers, core features and notable gaps, integrations, named customers, headcount trajectory, and anything announced in the last 90 days. Lay it out as one matrix with companies as columns and dimensions as rows so I can scan it fast. Below the table, write a short narrative: where each competitor is strongest, where we win head-to-head, and the two threats I should take most seriously. Cite a source next to every claim, use each company's own materials for pricing and features, and clearly mark anything that is inference rather than documented fact.
