Clean up my spreadsheet exactly how I tell you

Open my sheet [sheet link] and apply these cleanups: [your instructions, e.g. dedupe by email column, split full name into first and last, normalize phone numbers, highlight rows where status is overdue, sort by date]. Work carefully: make the changes in place, but don't touch columns or rows outside what I asked for, and never delete data you weren't told to — when deduping, keep the most complete row. If an instruction is ambiguous for a particular cell, leave that cell as-is and flag it instead of guessing. When you're done, report exactly what changed: rows removed, cells edited, rows highlighted, plus a list of anything you flagged for my review.
