Merge my sheets into one and reconcile conflicts

Merge these sheets into one master: [sheet links or tab names]. Match rows that refer to the same record using [matching key, e.g. email or company domain]. Where matched rows agree, merge them into one. Where they conflict, keep the value from [priority source, e.g. the newest sheet] but record the losing value in a Conflicts column so nothing is silently lost. Rows that exist in only one source carry over as-is, with a Source column saying where each row came from. Don't modify the original sheets — build the master as a new sheet or tab. Finish with the reconciliation summary: total rows in, total rows out, merged pairs, conflicts found, and any rows you couldn't confidently match.
