Go through my Gmail inbox each morning and find every thread where the last message is from a prospect or customer and is waiting on my reply — questions, pricing asks, scheduling, objections. Ignore newsletters, internal threads, and automated notifications. For each one, read the full thread for context and write a reply in my voice: direct, friendly, short paragraphs, no filler. Use [context about your product and pricing] where relevant. If they asked for a meeting, propose two specific times based on [your general availability]. Save everything as drafts — never send. If a thread is sensitive (legal, churn risk, angry tone), don't draft it; flag it for me instead. When you're done, give me a list: thread subject, who it's from, a one-line summary, and whether you drafted or flagged it.
