Nudge prospects who went silent after my last email
Polite bump drafts queued for every outbound thread with no reply in 4+ days
Search my Gmail sent folder for outbound sales threads where I sent the last message and have had no reply for [4] or more days. Skip threads where they already said no, threads that are clearly closed, and anything older than [30] days. For each one, draft a short follow-up in the same thread — two or three sentences max — that adds something new: a relevant resource, a sharper question, or a low-pressure close asking if priorities changed. Never just write 'bumping this'. Match my tone from the original email. Save all of them as drafts for my review and don't send anything. Then show me a table of every thread you touched: contact, company, days silent, and the angle you used in the nudge.
