Check my Instagram DMs for replies to my outreach

Every morning, open my Instagram DMs and check for new replies from the creators in my outreach tracker [sheet link]. For each reply, update that creator's row: set status to Replied, add a one-line summary of what they said, and note the date. Mark anyone who sounds genuinely interested as Hot. If someone messaged me who isn't in the tracker yet, add them at the bottom with a note about what they want. Don't send or reply to anything on my behalf — read and log only. When you're done, tell me how many new replies came in, how many are positive, and which two I should answer first.
