Every Monday, browse TikTok and Instagram Reels for what's trending in [niche] right now. Find 8-10 posts from the past week with outsized engagement relative to the account's size. For each one note: link, format (talking-head, vox-pop, carousel, green-screen, etc.), the hook used in the first seconds, and a one-line explanation of why it's working. Then summarize the 3 format patterns I should copy this week, with a concrete idea for each adapted to [my account/topic]. Deliver it as a briefing right here in chat. Skip anything that's clearly a one-off celebrity moment I can't replicate, and skip formats I'd need a production team for.
