Every Friday afternoon, build my weekly pipeline report from HubSpot (I'm logged in — swap in [your CRM] if different). Open the [pipeline or dashboard name] view and pull this week's movement: new deals created, deals advanced by stage, closed-won and closed-lost with amounts, and total pipeline value versus last week. Then go a level deeper: the 3-5 biggest deals that moved, anything sitting in one stage longer than [stall threshold, e.g. 21 days], and expected closes in the next two weeks. Format it as a team-ready update I can paste straight into Slack or email: one headline line with the week's key number, then Wins / Moved / At-risk sections naming deals and amounts, then 2-3 concrete follow-ups for next week. Keep it under 300 words and keep the numbers exact — no rounding away the story.
