Find the invoice from [vendor] for [amount or month] in my Gmail and confirm the details: invoice number, amount, due date, and the payment method they expect. Then get the payment ready. Open the vendor's billing portal from the link in the invoice — but first verify the link actually goes to the vendor's real domain; if anything smells like phishing, stop and tell me. In the portal, locate the matching invoice and stage the payment up to the final confirmation step: amount entered, payment method selected, everything verified against the emailed invoice. Do not click pay. Then report: the invoice details, what the portal shows — flagging any discrepancy in amount or due date immediately — what's staged, and exactly what I need to click to finish. If the portal needs information only I have, list what's missing instead of guessing.
