Draft a contractor agreement ready for signature
A completed agreement doc from your template, ready to review and send for signature
Create a contractor agreement from my template [template doc link]. Make a copy in Google Docs named with the contractor and date, then fill every placeholder using these terms: contractor name [name], role and scope [scope], compensation [rate and structure], start date [date], and any special terms [terms]. Check the whole document after filling — catch leftover placeholders, broken cross-references, mismatched dates, and singular-plural or pronoun slips that bracket-filling creates. Don't change the legal language itself; if a term I gave you doesn't fit a clause cleanly, highlight the clause and add a comment explaining the mismatch instead of improvising. When done, share back: the doc link, a summary of every field you filled, and anything highlighted for my review. Stop there — I'll review before it goes out for signature. The bar: zero unfilled brackets and zero invented terms.
