Every afternoon, process RSVP replies for [event name]. Search Gmail for new responses to my invitation since the last run. Label each reply 'RSVP - Yes', 'RSVP - No', or 'RSVP - Maybe' based on what they actually said, including informal replies. Update my invite tracker [sheet link]: match each responder to their row, set their status, note plus-ones and dietary or access needs if mentioned, and add a clearly marked row for anyone who replied but isn't on the list. Don't change rows for people who haven't responded. Then give me a daily summary: new responses today, running totals of yes, no, maybe, and no-reply, anyone whose reply contains a question needing a personal answer, and a drafted reply for each question — saved as drafts, not sent. Treat ambiguous responses like 'hopefully!' or 'depends on flights' as Maybe rather than guessing.
