Triage my recruiting inbox every morning
An inbox sorted into candidates, scheduling, and noise with reply drafts ready
Each weekday morning, go through my Gmail inbox and triage everything recruiting-related since the last run. Sort into: candidate replies, new applications, scheduling threads, references, and noise like vendor pitches and job-board digests. Apply the matching Gmail label for each bucket — create the labels once if they don't exist — and archive only the noise, never delete. For candidate replies and scheduling threads waiting on me, draft responses in my voice: warm, brief, specific. Use [your scheduling link or availability] for scheduling asks. For declines, draft a kind two-line response. Leave anything sensitive — counteroffers, visa questions, complaints — undrafted and flag it for me. Finish with a summary table: bucket, count, and which threads have drafts ready, so I can clear the inbox in one pass.
