Rank a folder of resumes against my rubric
A ranked shortlist with per-candidate rationale, flags, and interview questions
My Google Drive folder [folder link] has resumes for the [role] opening. Evaluate every one against this rubric: [paste criteria — must-haves, nice-to-haves, dealbreakers]. Read each resume properly: look for evidence of the must-haves in what they actually did, not just in skills lists. Watch for inflation — title bumps with no scope change, overlapping dates, vague impact claims — and note anything that needs verifying. Then rank the field and give me a report in chat: the top [8] with two or three sentences each on why they ranked there, which rubric items they hit or missed, any flags, and one tailored question I should ask them. Below that, list everyone else with a one-line reason they didn't make the cut. Score against the rubric only — ignore school and company prestige unless the rubric says otherwise.
