At each run, go through my Gmail inbox and find threads where the last meaningful message is from someone else and I likely owe a reply. Ignore newsletters, notifications, receipts, and threads I already answered. For each real thread, read enough history to understand context, then draft a reply in my voice. Use my past sent emails for tone and phrasing when helpful, but do not invent commitments, prices, dates, or approvals. If a thread is sensitive, ambiguous, or needs information only I have, do not draft it; flag it with the exact question I need to answer. If I deleted a prior draft for the same thread, treat that as intentional and do not recreate it unless there is a newer inbound message. Save replies as Gmail drafts only. Never send. Finish with a short table: sender, subject, why it needs me, drafted or flagged, and any missing context.
